Check Technical Support and Assistance

CabinetSync offers the following support services to our community of users/partners.

1) Initial Free Support
CabinetSync provides our partners with 30 days of technical support starting from the time you take delivery. This service is designed to help you get deployed properly, however if you have a number of users it may be necessary for you to invest in our tutorial package (see below). This free support includes a reasonable but limited amount of direct assistance via phone or email to help you get on Trac within your first 30 days. We are committed to insuring your satisfaction and our dedicated staff is eager to help you make the most of your CabinetTrac software as soon as possible.

2) Continued Support
When your 30-day free technical support expires, you can renew your support package on an annual basis, which is available for Single and Client/Server users. This package includes unlimited support via phone or email for troubleshooting issues, minor enhancements and/or upgrades to your current version of CabinetTrac. This does not include training staff members on how to use CabinetTrac (see Video Tutorials below).

3) Video Tutorials
Our Video Tutorials are a great tool for training staff members at their own place. These short video presentations are the best way to expose new users to all or select areas of CabinetTrac. This inexpensive resource is a key element to jump start the learning process. Please contact your Sales Associate for pricing.

4) On-Site Training
Our support team will travel to your company and do hands on training. Fees include travel and lodging expense and is based on a per day rate. Every CabinetTrac user has a built in "Help Menu" to give you detailed instructions for using CabinetTrac. The Help Menu combined with the above services will help you take full advantage of CabinetTrac. Please contact your Sales Associate for pricing.
